These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the Homer Semantics website, products, demos, content, and related services made available by Homer Semantics ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. About the Service

Homer Semantics provides website content, product information, software tools, demos, workflows, document-processing features, AI-assisted outputs, and related digital services. 11. Output and Validation

Outputs generated by the service, including text, diagrams, BPMN models, XML, SVG, PNG, JSON, workflow artifacts, or related materials, are provided as software-generated outputs. You are responsible for reviewing and validating outputs before using them in production, compliance, legal, or operational settings.

12. Fees, Billing, and Refunds

If we offer paid plans, pricing, billing intervals, usage limits, and any refund or cancellation terms will be communicated at the point of purchase or in a separate policy. Unless otherwise stated, fees paid are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Homer Semantics and its affiliates, directors, employees, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business interruption, arising out of or related to your use of the service.

To the extent liability cannot be excluded, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service shall be limited to the amount paid by you, if any, for the service during the three months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

15. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Homer Semantics and its affiliates, officers, employees, and contractors from and against claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising out of your misuse of the service, your User Content, or your breach of these Terms.

16. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, created risk for us or others, or where suspension or termination is required for legal, security, or operational reasons.

17. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts having competent jurisdiction in India.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will become effective when posted, unless otherwise stated. Your continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

This Terms & Conditions and all disputes arising from it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maharashtra, India. You agree that any legal action or proceeding between Homer Semantics Pvt. Ltd. and you for any purpose concerning this Policy shall be brought exclusively in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Pune, Maharashtra, and no other country, state of city.
